Valentine's Day Dinner

For Valentine's Day, Erick and I decided to say Thank You to our hearts with a relatively heart healthy  meal. It was sooooo good!

We made vegan Pasta Primavera with a creamy garlic tofu sauce! And we bought a bottle of local NJ wine. Erick insisted on making sugar cookies too. They were good, but the pasta was amazing!

We had so much fun cooking together. We are trying to do it once a week now!
